We love attending the Brecon Farmers and Makers Market on the second Saturday of each month. You can buy direct from us there. It is always lovely to meet our customers and to see the other fabulous stalls.  Come talk fermenting with us! Delivery is also available for local areas and we are increasing the number of retailers stocking our products. Soya Bean Tempeh

A controlled fermentation process binds the soya beans to make a firm cake form. Vegan friendly containing all 8 essential amino acids, packed with protein and considered a superfood. Makes a great protein meal accompaniment and is very versatile. Can be used in sauces, stir-fry, pasta, stew and salads. It can be sliced, chopped or grated.

Ingredients: Organic Soya Beans*, Vinegar, Tempeh Culture (Rice Flour, Rhizopus Oligosporus).

Traditional Style Kimchi

A jar of delicious, traditional, salty and sour fermented vegetables. Use as a condiment, flavourful side dish or as an ingredient in recipes. Appreciated for it's many health benefits (see link below). Beautiful stirred through rice, in stir fries, in stews, in soups, in salads and with anything on toast! 


Ingredients: Fermented Vegetables (Napa Cabbage, Radish, Carrots, Spring Onions,(76%)), Ginger, Fish Sauce* (Anchovy*, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Shrimp Paste* (Shrimp*, Sugar, Soya* Oil, Vinegar, Garlic Powder), Chilli, Rice Flour, Sugar.

Vegan Kimchi

A jar of delicious, traditional, salty and sour fermented vegetables. Use as a condiment, flavourful side dish or as an ingredient in recipes. Appreciated for it's many health benefits (see link below). Beautiful stirred through rice, in stir fries, in stews, in soups, in salads and with anything on toast! Traditionally this is made with fish sauce and shrimp paste, but we have perfected a recipe now that makes it beautifully vegan. We hope you love it as much as we do! 


This is definately spicy but not really hot!

Dragon Smoke Seasonings/Rubs

A mildly spiced, beautifully smoky seasoning that compliments anything you add it to. Use it on Tempeh after cooking. Sprinkle it over your potato wedges or your home pizza to give a fire baked feel. It can be rubbed into meat after cooking or sprinkled on your scrambled eggs. We would love to hear how you have enjoyed this. There is no gluten or dairy in the ingredients and it is vegan friendly.
